Described as a 'suite', but actually just a large room. Not possible to use the balcony, which was disappointing. Wifi unreliable. Garden is a work in progress. Overall, the description wasn't accurate.

we were able to park our car (free)close to the hotel which was handy as the town has limited parking for visitors,hotel is located in the town centre just 2 minutes from main square,room was very nice and very clean and staff spoke english which was very helpful

The location here is fantastic, situated just behind the cathedral, providing easy access to the old town, surrounded by restaurants and bars, and featuring a beautiful garden in Ragusa Ibla.

Beautiful position (as long as you can cope with dozens of steps at every turn) and clean, comfortable well designed bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely breakfast room and what will be a beautiful garden in a year or two...Would stay again without hesitation.

We did not receive our driving instructions and found the driving very difficult and edgy.

Very well situated in beautiful old hill town, having a quiet location, only a few minutes walk from the Duomo. Very easy and convenient parking.

Very little, although it should really be described as just rooms. There were no common areas or other normal hotel facilities.

Everything met needs well, I would definitely go again. Overall it was a terrific stay of my holiday. The room was tasteful and absolutely fabulous and I enjoyed the Baroque-style building. The location was stunning and charming, staff were outstandingly accommodating. The hotel was a nice place for enjoying a great area. There was variety of cafés and restaurants to choose from.

Personnel was very friendly and helpful, rooms were renovated with very modern design. Location in the middle of the town. A very nice bed and breakfast location.
